Apple Music gives you access to its music library on one condition - you pay for the subscription fee. However, if you end the subscription, you can no longer play your Apple Music. So, how to keep Apple Music after subscription ends? With DRM protection, the songs you downloaded from Apple Music play perfectly only on Apple's own platform.
So if you save a music to the iCloud Music Library, are you wondering if it will be deleted after you discontinue the subscription?
After you cancel the subscription, I believe that all functions of Apple Music are removed from your device, including saved songs that were not directly purchased from the iTunes Store. However, I think a backup of your library remains in the cloud should you choose to renew your subscription at a later point in time. However, I'm not one hundred percent sure on those points. I'll try to find a support article to back me up. 🙂
